The World of Aragon Game Scale

The World of Aragon is a map that covers a vast area. From this World map, you can zoom into the Region level map, and then again into the Tactical level map. The scale of these maps is as follows:

Tactical	1 hex = 1 acre = 200 ft square
Region	1 hex = 1 mi square
World	1 hex = 25 mi square

The whole World of Aragon, then, is about 2500 miles square, which is approximately the size of North America. On the Tactical level, the longest Bow shot is 6 hexes. The movement rate for Infantry is about 2.5 days for one World hex, or the same amount of time to move completely across a Region. This will vary with terrain, as some terrain is much more difficult to move through.
